Kate Winslet is offering her gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom duplex in Manhattan to renters for the titanic monthly fee.
The Oscar winner purchased the condo with her ex-husband, Sam Mendes, back in 2004 for just under $5 million, but then got the deed all to herself after they split in 2010.
The ginormous space features 13-foot ceilings, lots of oversized windows to enjoy the view and a 1,700-square-foot terrace! Check out pictures of the pad (below) to see just how AH-mazing it really is!

Definitely needs a redecorator. Huge nice place but needs some pizazz. It doesn't really looked lived in. It probably isn't.
This is just BAD staging. You don't think that's her real furniture do you? Too small for the room and not very English/European in nature. Some broker just brought in a bad decorator to depersonalize and neutralize the space. I wouldn't blame Kate.
