    Looks like an incredibly boring hospital room at a rehab center. Jesus girl, color is your friend.

    That's funny I was thinking the same thing as the previous poster. I guess Kate is afraid of some color in her life. It looks like a nice place but I would paint first thing.

    Definitely needs a redecorator. Huge nice place but needs some pizazz. It doesn't really looked lived in. It probably isn't.

    This is just BAD staging. You don't think that's her real furniture do you? Too small for the room and not very English/European in nature. Some broker just brought in a bad decorator to depersonalize and neutralize the space. I wouldn't blame Kate.

    She used a decorator, because she probably doesn't have any taste of her own. But, what idiot would spend $30K/mo on rent?
