Other agencies are reporting that he had inoperable brain cancer. Either way, a sad ending to his life. RIP Tony & thanks for so many great movies.
Life is lonely. I am a 46 y.old businessman. I own 2 businesses. Sadly, my wife passed away 2 years ago. Now I’m ready to get going. I’d like to meet a younger woman to make my life more adventurous. l got a profile and some photos on —— richhookup_c_o_m ——- under “denver46” by username. Maybe you can come to say hi.
Inoperable brain cancer is a terrible thing to be saddled with.
Prayers to the family.

Can't imagine standing on the side of that bridge to save yourself and your family from the coming horror of decline.
-
I'm scared shitless just driving across that Thomas Vincent Bridge.

Where is Dr. Kervorkian when hopeless cases like this have to resort to such a horrific ending?
Overdosing on heroin sounds better…I think.
My Heart goes to Donna and her beloved sons Frank and Max (found this bio about her if you are interested), So sad new, He was an amazing director!
On one hand, he went out the way a character from one of his movies would go…swan dive! Still, he could have handled it better. Suicide is becoming too commonplace as an option. It hurts not only the ones left behind, but the ones who have to see it or clean up after. Sad that he was in such pain, but this just glamorizes it. A great man who deserved a better ending.
What do you mean he took his life "last night"?? It was barely past NOON when he did it. You just didn't FIND OUT until last night.
Re: luvs2hustle – Gotta agree, I live in San Pedro and cannot drive over that bridge due to fear of heights. The few times others have driven me over (have to close my eyes part of the time) it looked like there were lots of barriers. There used to be a lot more suicides before the LA city put those in.
There is another spot which my former landlord told me is called the "Diving Board" at Point Fermin Park, lots of folks have lost there lives there.
