We have to hand it to her: she really is exposing herself to all sorts of different music scenes!
Even if she's not actually partaking!
Paris Hilton has been busy recording her second album on top of attempting to launch a career as a DJ, and now, she's apparently agreed to star in K-Pop singer Kim Jang Hoon's upcoming new music video, which his reps hope will help launch him into US mainstream!
And if the socialite can't do that, then maybe the 3D technology they're employing for the shoot WILL!
They reveal in a statement:
"For Kim Jang Hoon’s upcoming music video, we have finalized the deal in casting Paris Hilton. We are scheduled to have outdoor, as well as blue screen, shoots in LA and Malibu from August 23 to the 25. We were thinking of Jessica Alba, Scarlet Johansson, and Paris Hilton as possible leading ladies for the new music video. We conducted a survey in Korea to see who was most widely recognized and realized that Paris was the one. We’ve already had our final meeting with Hollywood’s best 3D production team. We will announce more details on August 23, the day of our shoot. We are positive that this will be the first in Korean music video history to have the best possible team working on such a project. Many American music officials are also aware of Kim Jang Hoon, who’s won several awards and had an enormously successful concert in Los Angeles.”
Can't say they're not pulling out all the stops for this one!
Needless to say, we're pretty curious to see what this whole extravaganza looks like upon completion…and if it will actually pick up traction stateside!
We LOVE us some serious K-Pop, so here's hoping it does!
