The big question on every Twi-Hard's mind in light of the scandal is if the pair would be walking the red carpet for the premiere of Breaking Dawn - Part 2 this November, and after they both - along with Taylor Lautner - announced they wouldn't be making any appearances at the final four official fan conventions, all hope seemed lost!

ChelleBelle sadly you are correct. With or without Robert's appearance with Kristen will not stop fan reaction to her being there. Whoever her handlers are they are misleading her. TIME is the required solution. Let the cast which includes Robert and Taylor to put the postive spin on the final Twilight saga for the fans. People can separate Edward and Bella, what they can't separate is Robert, Liberty, Skylar, and Tennison and the unfairness she brought into their lives. Therefore, she would represent an entity versus a postive event. It will be a bittersweet situation to see the movie saga end, let it end with its expected ending on a high note. Re: Doubt it! – I would not want Robert or little Mackenzie Foy or anyone of the castmembers acting as a shield from rants and boos on her behalf. She does not merit their loyalty. This is suppose to a postive final journey to the series. She should stay away so that it will be.
I agee I believe the entire thing has been a publicity stunt. You know that they are all in this together. This film is the last one and they want to go out making MILLIONS. With all the hype from the scandal it will be a huge success for them and they know it …..these PR people dont get paid alot for nothing…and here we are falling into the trap.

I wasn't implying that anyone should be a shield, just their marketing ploy. They are going to pretend what happened in June didn't happen. The final movie focuses on the family which is why Foy will be there with Rob, Kristen and Taylor. The movie will not be the Bella aka Kristen wasn't there. There are still fans that want to see her. If she doesn't show people would rag on her for that. Rob is the only one that has any right to resentment. He has shown maturity so should everyone else.
I hope they don't get back together. Kristen left her ex Michael for Rob, and then goes and cheats on Rob with Rupert!!
I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens when the last movie comes out. I doubt it's a PR stunt. I don't think Rupert and his wife would have gone along with this. It's entirely immature and stupid if that's the case.
