LL Cool J Won't Get Charged For Burglar Beat Down!
LL Cool J isn't going to get charged with anything by responding to a dude breaking into his house by promptly kicking his ass!
And rightly so, he was just protecting himself AND his home — plus this wasn't just some dude, or else they wouldn't have booked him under the third strike law, potentially putting him in jail for life.
Jonathan Kirby broke into LL's Van Nuys home at 1 a.m. Wednesday morning, thus LL broke the guy's nose, jaw and ribs while holding him down until the cops arrived.
Flat out, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office says this of LL:
"He's the victim, not the perpetrator."
Done and done!
We don't really condone violence, but if you need to protect yourself, protect yourself!
