Katie Holmes Getting Minor Child Support From Tom Cruise! Suri Only Worth 400k Per Year?!
Well, it's a minor sum considering Tom Cruise is worth over $250 million!!
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise only recently finalized their divorce, and according to reports, Tom has agreed to pay Katie $33,333.33 in child support per year until Suri Cruise's 18th birthday, totalling a final sum of $5 Million.
But apparently, $400k is all Katie wants/needs from Tom as she's got her own small fortune she can use to support her daughter.
And, this way Katie doesn't have to feel like she owes Tom anything, and that he isn't financially controlling their daughter, right?!
Tom will also cover Suri's medical, dental, insurance, education, and college, among other costs, AND Tom and Katie have agreed that Suri will not be allowed to attend a boarding school… so no mysterious Scientology education for Suri!! Yaaay!
We're glad these two could reach some an amicable agreement! Now we only hope Suri grows up to be a happy, healthy, well adjusted (ha!) young lady.

Why is this the public's business? I lthink both Tom and Katie have shown their maturity and love for Suri and I am sure that between the two of them Suri will be well taken care of monetarily and emotionally. The amount of child support is only their business.
