Virginia Auto Body Shop Repairs Gay College Student's Vandalized Car For FREE!

If we ever need a mechanic in Roanoke, Virginia, then we're going to Quality Auto Paint and Body!

The auto shop did an AWESOME thing for a complete stranger when they learned that Jordan Addison's car was vandalized four different times by ignorant vandals, all because he was openly gay.

In an act of compassion, the auto body specialists fixed $2,500 worth of repairs for FREE!

Quality Auto manager Richard Henegar, Jr. told local reporters (above):

"Once I saw the vandalism that was done to it I said that's uncalled for we're gonna fix your car that's the least we can do."

And they went far beyond doing "the least" too. Henegar and his crew actually put more than 100 hours of work and over $10,000 in the damaged Volkswagen.

After installing a brand new stereo system, a security system, adding new tires, a fresh paint job and tinted windows, we'd say these guys made Xzibit proud. More importantly, they made us and everyone else who believes in equality proud too!

Does it ever occur to any of you gay morons that people do this solely for publicity? It's obvious gays are a hot topic. It's also obvious most people only speak out or do things of this nature is for ulterior motives. They take an ad out in the paper/phone book and run a TV ad..All of that would equal the money they paid for the car. So 1200 for nation wide publicity…Yea cmon

Re: NookiesWA – I dont care if they did it for publicity or not, they still did a kind thing that many would not. This is a feel good story, dont pick it apart and put a negative spin on it. Publicity or not more people should be doing kind acts as such.

when will this stuff stop happening? so happy to hear people stepped up to help. but that help only fixes the immediate problem. we need to fix the real problem.

it does not matter if you love boys or girls or both. it makes no difference if you are tall, short, thin or not so thin, black, white, yellow, brown…whatevezzzz. WE NEED TO TREAT EVERYONE WITH DIVINITY AND GRACE!!!! we all have the right to be here and be happy. NO MORE BULLYING PLEASE

Fantastic story! It should also be noted that the vandalism happened TWICE on his college campus. It's sad that this could have been done by "educated" students. College is a time of self discovery and growth. It's incredibly sad how there is still so much ignorance and hate in this country. GO JORDYN!!! MAKE LOVE NOT WAR!!!

Fantastic story! It should be noted that two of the vandalisms happened on his college campus. Unbelievable that this could have been done by "educated" students. The campus and local law has set him up with future precautions so hopefully his car won't be damaged again and the car shop put anti-scratch on the paint. It's good to see that with so much ignorance in this country, that there are still good people out there regardless of their personal beliefs. It was just the right thing to do from such a wrong act of violence. GO JORDYN!!! MAKE LOVE, NOT WAR!!! Virginia is for ALL lovers!!!
