Momma Jackson Demands Full Audit Of MJ's Estate!

The custody battle for her grandchildren may be over but Katherine Jackson still wants her day in court!!

She is demanding documentation from the executors of Michael Jackson's will, including paperwork detailing ALL of transactions made on her son's behalf!

Her legal team's statement read:

"[The audit] is being done to see the details of where the money is coming from and where it is going. The beneficiaries should be entitled to all detailed documentation so they can see what THEIR money is paying for."

Basically, Momma Jackson wants her son's estate audited to see how much money is there and which direction it's flowing!

Well, in the immortal words of Mick Jagger, "I see a red door and I want it painted black" "you can't always get what you want!"

The executor's of MJ's estate are fighting this request, arguing Katherine has no right to the "highly confidential business and financial information" that those documents would entail!

This would include, of course, lucrative deals struck with Pepsi and Cirque du Soleil netting MJ's empire hundreds of millions of dollars and almost allowing it to climb out of debt!

Dramz, dramz, dramz! Always so much dramz with those Jacksons!

    this motion w as filed on 19th July?? where was she? and wasn't this around the time the siblings made their moves?? ONE CAN REALLY SMELL THE RATS BEHIND ALL THIS. doubtful this will go anywhere when the executrs are dealing with the court.

    really.. Jerkson 4 s ent their mother to a spa.. harrassed the Mj kids. then made press releases.. IT'S NOT ABOUT MONEY?? when all that time they want a complete audit of MJ's estate??
    they all should take some pills & sit down..

    either her family members who "kidnapped" her prompted this
    or now that she's past the shock of her son's death- she's all about the money too
    either way- pathetic and unnecessary
    the estate is being handled way better than Jackson himself ever handled his cash!

    Why are the executors fighting a request for a full audit? I've worked in finance and accounting for 20 years….when this whole mess was brought to the public's attention from no doubt the media, I said Mrs. Jackson should request a full forensic audit of her son's estate. If the executors were honest and forthright with full disclosure…what's the problem, why r they resisting??? Seems as though the executors have been skimming off the top, and taking advantage …just as I suspected from the get. I hope she and the family pursues..and win!!

    eadar online has the f ulk artucle. they filed this on 19 July around the time Katherine conviniently dissapeared.. taking this into account.. & after the ruckus that ensued.. the siblings were in throes of the ESTATE GRAB. or so they thought..LOL..

    Marsha.. now what's Katerine going to do with that info even if it was given to her? isn't it obvious Janet et co were/are behind this?? as they have no right to make this request.. hell.. Joe J requested f or MJ's contracts with AEg.. & was flatly denied.

    for your info Marsha.. the executors c annot scheme at the top.. they need to ask permission from the court for any fee they take from the ese.. what's more.. it is in MJ's instruction in his TRUST.. the execurors can get their % from the top! SO NO NEED FOR SCHEMING!

    owh,,, it's getting so plain to see.. Janet et co accused the executors fraud etc.. in that open letter– then by making this request.. assuming they will get entree into MJ;s estate deals.. they will go 'fishing' for fraud & sundry they accused the executors of supposedly doing.. LOLOLOL..

    then having that Howard Mann by the sdeline telling them what to do,too..
    Oh I know– it drives them around the bend to find out what kind of deals were made for Cirque.. Pepsi.. Sony,, how much $$$$ are involved in future earnings. well.. as the executors replied to the request.. these docs are mostly cnfidential & sealed.. only the Judge can look ..

    nd this is the 'real' cruncher// and what will ultimately place KAPUT to anything the Jackson clan will try to do to get MJ's $$'s..

    they keep screaming the WILL IS A FRAUD.. bec of the supposed dates & venue when it was signed.. BUT NO ONE queries the TRUST,. and this is where the real money truly is.. the Michael Jackson Family Trust..having the same trustees.. Branca & Mc clain.. this is totally legit.. & this is when Mj left his instructions .. how he wanted his estate/trust to be..

    in other words.. how can the Janet maneuver get anywhere?? like NOWHERE!

    DARN.. correction: SKIM.. NOT SCHEME..THE EXECUTORS CANNOT SKIM.. AS they really have todothigs above board.. they are closely watched by t he court & FEDS.. it's that trusty IRS biz..Uncle Sam makes sure they get HIS cut.

    The executor's fighting a request from Mrs. Jackson for a full audit is the same as a guilty person fighting the request for a lie dector test. Show her the money! And further more make sure you account for all these so-called "charities" did they recieve their share and who are they anyway?! Let's hope the executors are not on the Boards of any of these charities…

    you're being a tad melodramatic. the executors reply to t he court is pretty much straightforward…not criminal nor shady. the Judge has access to it.. so what's the big deal.. besides, s ince when did MJ ever allow hismother to see his contracts? LIKE NEVER!
