This is just not Amanda Bynes
The actress is facing a DUI, to which she pled not guilty to in June, and a hit-and-run car accident which went to the El Lay City Attorney earlier this month. NOW, however, the attorney's office is re-opening a hit-and-run case involving the actress from April!
Just days after she was busted for driving under the influence, the actress struck a vehicle on the 101 Freeway in an Enterprise rental BMW. It was a process to identify Mz. Bynes as the driver, but prosecutors ended up turning down the case because there was no independent witness to confirm the allegations.
If this gurl doesn't AT LEAST lose her license for a few months due to the fact that she's facing two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges AND a DUI, we're giving up on our justice system.
