Supposedly, Kelly Ripa has picked Michael Strahan to partner with her on Live!, but the Silver Fox isn't going to the dance by himself!!
He announced Kristin Chenoweth will serve as his special guest host when he returns to daytime television in September!!
In fact, he has a whole slew of guest hosts lined up including Stephen Colbert, Ben Affleck, Kelly Osbourne, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Goldie Hawn!
What a random mix of awesome peeps!!
In a statement, Anderson revealed:
"We've got a lot of fun, great things planned for the new season. I am really excited to be joined by daily co-hosts and look forward to switching to a live format, which allows us more freedom to cover topical issues as well as connect more with the viewer at home."

I'm pretty suremKelly didn't snub him. I'm sure there were other factors, contracts, schedules. Kelly has said Anderson was her pick.

I can say one thing for sure. If Michael Strahan is selected to be Kelly Ripa's sidekick, then that will be my last show. He is not what that show needs. A Martin Short or the SNL guy, whose name escapes me are perfect choices for that job. I don't know what Gelman and/or Ripa is thinking. There'll be no more emmys.
