Or a series of check-only installments… either way, the lucky buyer is getting a DEAL, as Tina originally listed the 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2.6 acre estate at $3.499 Million when she put it on the market last September…

So essentially, the buyer is getting, like, a whole half acre fo' free!!
