So of course we have to unveil the cover of Pippa Middleton's upcoming book all about party planning, Celebrate: A Year of Festivities for Families and Friends.

The 400-page hardcover goes on sale next month and "reveals the secrets to hosting a successful party with recipes, tips and detailed instructions on how to throw a memorable event."

I wish someone would teach the Middleton girls how to use eye liner. The racoon look isn't doing either one of them any favors.

@ROSEBAUD - that is exactly what I think, everytime I see this girl. It looks horrible. I dont get what the fuss about her is anyways. She is just average.

althou shes a 'commoner' shes far from average shes like some superwoman she runs marathons does all kind of things .. and seems to get a rise out of the royal ones which is even funnier .. pippa for queen

overrated. Just because her sister married a prince does not mean she's any better than anyone else in looks or other any other dept.

Perhaps Amanda Bynes would have been better off giving Miley Cyrus her bong!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
