    What exactly do you want the chick to do? If she is spotted out and about, living her life as usually, you will say, "She clearly has no remorse; this hasn't affected her at all." Since she is staying in, you call her a whiner. I haven't heard her whine about anything yet… just publicly admit she messed up and apologize for it.
