    If, as rumored, Bonnie finds a way to 'undo' Elena's vampire transformation then that is the end of the show. It's as bad as her preventing Jeremy from dying a season or so ago AFTER he died. That nearly tore any dramatic tension out of the show… no one could die cause Bonnie could somehow bring them back. The Cure-All. A human reset button. So now no one can be dead and become a vampire cause Bonnie can undo it. She'll undo her mom… maybe blondie (sorry her character name escapes me)… on and on. Oh and didn't I see supposedly dead and soul transferred Klaus in a posted season 4 blooper reel?? So no one who becomes a popular character can die! *sigh*

    Agree with first comment. What's the point of the whole vampire transition if there's a magical solution. Wouldn't it be great if Elena decided that she liked being a vamp at the last minute at destroyed the spell. Remember in Buffy Season Two when Ms Callender found the spell to restore Angelus' soul only to have him destroy it and snap her neck……….

    Yeah I highly doubt it will be a "vampire cure" Julia Pleck actually said herself that she thinks that if there was one they'd have known about it by now. If there is a cure its going to come at a great price. And regardless of what happens the show should not be ending with season 4. I've read that we're signed on until season 6.

    Bonnie finding a way to undo Elena's vampire transformation isn't true. Julie Plec has said that Elena will become a vampire.

    Well, I read the books (and even though there are a few differences from the show), Elena does become a Vampire for a while, and stays a Vampire - BUT, she is…. "cured"… in a way, in the books, but it's not how you might think. I just don't know if the show will continue down that course. And it has nothing to do with Bonnie.

    Um, no. If anything, it looks like Stefan and Elena are the ones getting married. Damon needs to move on and find someone else.

    Also, I doubt there will be a "cure" - TVD wouldn't do that to us.
