Brandi Glanville Wants Twitter To 'Stop Hating' Her And LeAnn Rimes

LeAnn Rimes has all sorts of personal and legal dramz goin' on right now, but former feuding partner Brandi Glanville doesn't want anything to do with it!

The Real Housewives star was kind enough to wish her children's stepmom well during treatment and a Friday tweet makes it sound like that's the last comment she wants to make on the matter. In an attempt to stop her and LeAnn's fans from trash talking either of them, the single mom said:

We're assuming the "madness" Brandi is referring to is the invasion of privacy lawsuit that LeAnn filed against a former Twitter follower!

The country singer is accusing a Northern California woman named Kimberly Smiley of secretly recording a phone conversation they had in March and posting it online to cyber bully her.

Despite the $25,000 suit filed on Thursday, the high school teacher isn't backing down and told sources:

“I plan to take my own action against her. This could impact my family and business. Somebody needs to stand up or LeAnn will continue doing this for the rest of her life. I have a right to my opinion. I have never bullied her. She blocked me on Twitter and then I took my account private, so how can I bully her if I’m blocked AND have a private account? It makes no sense. People who don’t like her have a right to their opinion. She’s a public figure. But I have never bullied her."

Who would have thought an online feud with a fan would ever go to court? Not us!

If Mz. Smiley can prove every thing she's been saying, it sounds like she has a pretty good defense, as she continued:

“She called ME. She was trying to berate me into liking her. When she didn’t get her way she got frustrated. She called me ‘incredibly f*cking rude.’ She was really mad. I guess she is used to people bowing down to her but I’m not that kind of person. She’s not used to people standing their ground.”

We'll definitely be keeping U posted to see where this shocking legal mess goes!

    After all the hate Brandi has spewed in the past - regardless of the welfare of her kids - isn't it odd that she is anti-hate now? I think she is using this situation to alter her own wackadoodle image. This is about what is best for Brandi, not her kids.

    This Kimberly Smiley sounds like a really immature and angry person. Her angry and immaturity has nothing to do with Ms. Rimes. It's hard to believe a mother of four would set such a horrible example. This woman is angry and spending a lot of time hating on others when she would focus more on herself and her family. LeAnn will keep doing this? What is this? People get married, they break up, they re-marry. It's part of life. Who is this crazy, lonely and self-serving person to spend on this time and effort to go on a rampage. You would think her energy, time and now money (legal fees) would be much better placed on her own family. Very said for both of them.

    This woman is a high school teacher and thinks her behavior is okay???? WTF! Bullying is bullying and she should be setting a good example for her students… not teaching them that this type of behavior is okay.

    I wish Brandi would get a life already. It's like she jumps at any chance to talk about LeAnn as a sad attempt to stay "relevant." It's pretty pathetic. I never even heard of Brandi or her now-ex husband before their names were associated with LeAnn Rimes.

    First of all brandi said to stop the hate cause her kids are involved so stop hatting on her cause no one seems to care about Leman! How could she be stressed out when all she does is go to the beach…Maybe she stressed out cause she is sick of eddie cheating on her!
