While leaving Metta World Peace’s party at Bootsy Bellows in WeHo Thursday night, Kirsten and her friend tried to escape from the paps — but seemed to get ALL tripped up in the process!

Turns out, while attempting to dodge the photogs, they both got their heels caught in one of those pesky tree grates!
