LeAnn Rimes Berated A Former Twitter Follower Over The Phone!

To quote Kyle Broflovski's mom in South Park, "What, what WHAT!?"

A teacher named Kimberly Smiley is telling sources that she received an angry phone call from LeAnn Rimes all because the woman stopped following her on Twitter!

Guess that helps to explain why the singer suddenly checked into rehab on her birthday to learn how to cope with "anxiety and stress."

Rimes, who has been criticized for both her figure and her affair with Eddie Cibrian while he was married to Brandi Glanville, reportedly called the Northern California mom when she eating lunch with a few of her Twitter fans on March 26. One woman eating lunch with the country star knew Smiley and made the phone call so Rimes could start off the strange convo with:

"Hey bitch, this is LeAnn you have 5 minutes to say whatever you want to me!"

The teacher continued to claim:

"LeAnn called me because she believed that telling me her side, would change my mind … she said she thought that I could relate to her situation of being a non-biological parent."

Amidst her profanity-laden convo with Smiley, Rimes even invited her to hang out so she could get to know "the real" her. The former fan even says they "spoke about her obsession with Twitter and Rimes claims it's not a problem."

Umm…LeAnn, if you're calling complete strangers, than IT IS a problem.

We're VERY concerned by this unexpected news, which is even more shocking than the singer's 30-day stay in rehab. If what Smiley says is true, than we sincerely, sincerely, SINCERELY hope she's getting the help she needs during treatment.

LeAnn Rimes is NOT in a rehab facility … TEE.EM.ZEEE has learned, although she's dealing with a severe inability to cope with anxiety and stress.
We had our doubts when we were initially told LeAnn is not in a traditional rehab facility — we were hearing she was being treated for drug and eating disorder problems. But after making a bunch of calls, we're confident — LeAnn's decision to get help is limited to coping issues. That doesn't mean she doesn't have other issues, including weight, but that's not what this is about.
Like we said … we initially thought LeAnn's party line was B.S. .. but now we know it to be true. We also know Perez Hilton will copy and paste this story and take credit.

LeAnn Rimes just filed a lawsuit against two women she claims illegally taped a conversation with her and then spread it across the Internet.
TEE.EMM.ZZZ has obtained a copy of the suit … filed in L.A. County Superior Court. Rimes alleges Kimberly Smiley and Lexi Smiley are supporters of Brandi Glanville — Eddie Cibrian's ex — and engaged in a campaign to trash her when she hooked up the with Eddie.
This Spring, LeAnn claims she called Kimberly in an attempt to stop the negative Internet activity. During the conversation, LeAnn says she attempted to be kind and said she wanted peace.
LeAnn alleges Kimberly and Lexi illegally and secretly recorded the conversation and then released out-of-context excerpts, painting her in a "false and negative light." They also allegedly made statements that LeAnn was "crazy and delusional."
LeAnn is suing for invasion of privacy.

Re: hoochpit – Do your own research! This woman was a supporter of Brandi. She defended Brandi from Leann and attacks from her friends. She was not set up! Leann called a stranger to bash the mother of her step sons. This is WRONG! Leann is not in rehab, not that she doesn't need to be. She's playing the sympathy vote so sell her album.

You reap what you sow. Are we supposed to feel sorry for LeAnn? I don't. Anything negative that happens to her is just karma coming back to haunt her. I'm sure Eddie is just counting the days until he can dump her for whoever he's already cheating on her with. Eddie is HOT, HOT, HOT and will have no problem finding a HOT, HOT, HOT replacement for that trainwreck wife of his. If I was Eddie and Brandi, I'd get my kids far away from LeAnn. When the sh*it hits the fan (and it will), she might put the kids in the middle. I foresee BREAKING NEWS of LeAnn barricaded in the house with Eddie's kids. I don't see it ending well. We see it on the news every day. She will try to take away from them what they love most. LeAnn is a loose canon and extremely unstable. I hope that Brandi and Eddie protect their children.

Leann is the one called this woman she didn't know to talk about Brandi . She's embarrassed because the text of the convo was recorded showing her as the phony she is Her stress and anxiety is coming from the knowledge as reported on ROL the love of her life is cheating on her.
