Did you proof this post before posting? "she the suit ONLY deals with the fact that she taped the convo in the at all." English please.

  2. 2

Who wrote this? It's the most confusing thing I've ever read, made no sense at all. I had to stop midway.

  3. 3

LeAnn's really hard to look at. With that gerbil face and disgusting lack of morality she's just ugly inside & out.

Please. She's some old two-bit studio assistant with a couple of cats. If anything, all those big names aren't going to be pleased she's obviously been cashing in on them. She's also as mad as a bag of more cats and real quick to shoot her mouth off on the internet - not good employment material at all. Who wants to give someone a job if they know they're easy to give out private information and secretly tape celebrities?

    Think better.

Also, the schoolteacher and her daughter are just lol. Hope they got the money because this is one they will never win. California is two party consent law, no exceptions. You record someone secretly AND disseminate their info that's at least two federal indictments righ there. No chance.

For the love of God man,do you ever proof read???
My 8 year old could help you if you want!!!!

If that's the case, with the law, why is this a civil suit and not a criminal case? If LeAnn thinks she's in the right, why not go to the cops? Or is she afraid of being charged with criminal harassment herself?

Poor LeAnn. What has happened to her face? Did she have plastic surgery to try and hang on the that cheater she married? So sad that women do this kind of shit. As far as the tweet thing goes, I think LeAnn has gone cray cray.

May the Lord look after LeAnn and give her the strength to over come the words out of those who do nothing but tear down her EVERY move. (bowing my head)

    God bless her always!!!

Holly in East Tennessee (a day one fan of her)

P.S. I can't wait to hear her new songs! (big smile)

Re: Meggie246524 – For someone who usually sees the world fairly and clearly, I am always surprised by your 'stone her in the village square' mentality. Sometimes marriages are stagnant and you don't realize it until you fall in love with someone else. It is not good, but it happens - and sometimes it happens to good people. Most people, at that point, either try to fix their marriage, or end it. The fact is that in most divorces one of the parties has already fallen for someone else. They are not all bad people - just human.

Re: ravencurls – My guess is they're lining up ducks. Right now they got the name of the recorder and 50 DOES. They need names of disseminators because B is not necessarily A. Also, State can lay charges any time they get evidence (see previous points). Civil is for damages and doesn't count out criminal. Recording someone without consent is criminal charge and incurs jail time. Rimes is going about it the PR way but the way I see it is there'll be an arrest on charge then bail. They have to. Those women should be careful too. They were playing tape for our class today and it's real obvious they're trying to get her to admit to stuff. Add coercion and/or entrapment and possibly blackmail (they claim they wanted her to 'confess” then released it when she didn't). All that federal authorities have no choice but to look at if it's presented and the last two are REAL serious federal offences especially if you count tactical collusion. Real damn mess they made for themselves sending that tape out.

Re: rosebud99 – Well, mistakes are on a sliding scale ie: "sorry I forgot to return your umbrella yesterday" is more like a "1" whereas "being married and having an affair with someone who's also married and has children" is a "10". I just can't get behind people who screw around on their spouse, and with LeAnn & Eddie, they both cheated on their spouses and it's the kids who have to pay the price for the parent's example. The decent thing to do is to separate from your partner when you realize that you're feeling interest in other people, not skulk around for months/years having clandestine meetings in cheap hotels. That's just my moral yardstick but is obviously not everyone's. At the end of the day, we all have to live with our own conscience and our own decisions and adultery (particularly where children are involved) is just a line I would never cross and can't respect those who do.

Re: Meggie246524 – I hear you. But do you think that someone can be unfaithful, learn from it, grow, and become a better person, or do you subscribe to the 'once a cheater, always a cheater' philosophy? Personally, I think it depends on the person - there are those who will cheat for kicks and always will, and there are those who make mistakes and learn from them.

You think she scored those films? Are you f*cking stupid? It takes two seconds to show she was the assistant music editor. Half wit.

  15. 15

Shouldn't Leann be focusing on her "TREATMENT"; this SKANKY HOME-WRECKING ADULTERESS needs to be committed to a LOCKED INSANE ASYLUM; are there any rooms available in the American Horror Story Asylum?

  16. James says – reply to this

Need to fact check better. John Williams scored all of those movies.

[re=6169323]Re: Leslie[/reII've got to agree with you and I'm not trying to be mean. She looks hard and, either she's too thin or she went overboard with the 'touch up' surgery, because she's a bit scary looking!!

  18. 18

Leann. Please use your beautiful voice to sing. People will listen.

Will you please tell me (seriously) what Eddie Cibrian sees in LeAnn? She seems to be nothing but possibly sexually-accomplished. Try as I might to find her attrractive, I see only an ugly face. LeAnn is not simply not pretty; she's homely. Her morals are looser than curls on a rainy day! What on earth can any man find attractive about her? Right now, she's in therapy to learn "coping skills." She has a LOT to learn! Anyone who would go to court over two ordinary women who were giving her a rough time HAS to be nutty.
If I were Eddie, I would leave her for someone halfway attractive and not nearly so wound up tight. He's a nice-looking guy who could find another woman easily. Also, LeAnn is not doing his reputation any favors. He must be as bad as she is. If I were Eddie, I would leave her in a flash!

Am I the only one that takes issue with this "SCHOOL TEACHER" being a bully??!

I wonder what the school superintendent thinks of all of this.

Even if what Leanne did was unethical, it still is no excuse for this teacher's actions.

Way to be a classy example for our youth….

Re: rosebud99 – I'm not a fan of the phrase "once a cheater always a cheater" mostly because it's such a quippy line. Rather, I think that adultery is such a serious moral line to cross that it gives a good indicator as to someone's overall sense of values & judgement. When you cross that line, one of the "lessons" you learn is that it's okay to put your family at risk, and values, decency and concern for others aside if it means you get what you want. Adultery like Eddie & LeAnn's wasn't a one-night "oops" fling but rather a long term, secretive relationship that could have been stopped at any time by either one of them but they didn't. If things hit a rough spot between them, they've both shown/learned that one possibility for them is to look outside the relationship because it "worked" for them in the past.

Dear God…do you ever go back and read what you post? I read this three times and still have no clue what you're trying to say. It takes two minutes to proof-read. I think you should take that person up on the offer with the 8 year old…

Eddie isn't going anywhere. That fool doesn't have a job. LeAnn is an IDIOT. If bitch would sit her butt down down in the studio somewhere and SING (cuz she can) she wouldn't have time for this foolishness. smdh

Does anyone know how to listen to the secretly recorded tape that apparently went viral? I would like to listen to see who is the bully and decide for myself. Thanks in advance if you know how to access the conversation!

    Re: Ameeda
You sound like a lawyer, Ameeda! Can you elaborate on what you mean by "Rimes is going about it the PR way…"? Also, do you think it would matter to a jury — civil or criminal — that it was LeAnn Rimes who initiated the action by making the first move, i.e. by making the phone call? Would the jury consider that aggression on the part of LeAnn?

  30. 30

LeAnn could be considered the harasser now because there are paps lying in wait at the school where Kim Smiley's children attend. The process server also went to the wrong houe, with paps in tow, I might add because SOMEONE ripped them off, they scared the person so badly she fled the house with her children. She had to call her husband from mother location and he went to the house and told the circus to never return to their house again. It was the wrong house people. LeAnn'S team made a big, big debaucle of the whole situation. I hope LeAnn, et al, is counter sued for harrassment.
