We were all so shocked yesterday to hear of the untimely passing of actor Michael Clarke Duncan, after he never fully recovered from a heart attack he suffered in July.
At only 54 years old, MCD was taken too soon, but it’s certain his memory and that contagious smile of his will forever live on!
After hearing the news, Michael’s Green Mile co-star, Tom Hanks, stated:
"I am terribly saddened at the loss of Big Mike. He was the treasure we all discovered on the set of The Green Mile. He was magic. He was a big love of man and his passing leaves us stunned."

Another truly sad death. This was a man who made his name with actual talent, and seemed like a good guy. Truly a loss for us all.
