One Direction Pepsi Commercial

Sounds like Simon Cowell sure loves his Pepsi!

Not only is the X Factor sponsored by the soft drink, but now his boyband One Direction has signed on with the soda!

Reportedly, 1D’s new Pepsi advertising deal will kick off with a commercial, which they super secretly filmed in New Orleans last weekend!

A source revealed:

"This is a huge deal for them in monetary terms, but even bigger for status as the coverage they'll get from it is massive. They're already stars across America, but this could catapult them to superstardom.”

Huge indeed!

The boys will be getting the honor of a Pepsi commercial, just like HUGE stars including Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj have done in the past!

As for their commercial? Supposedly, the boys hung out with New Orleans Saints quarterback, Drew Brees, where he taught them the ins and outs of American football!

Wonder when the ad will debut???

We’re thinking sometime during X Factor… maybe even during its premiere next week!

Coke is much better than Pepsi, and yes I took a taste challenge a long time ago in a grocery store and had no trouble in idenfying which was which.

Eh, Coke is definitely better than disgusting Pepsi, but I'm looking forward to watching their commercial. Congrats to the boys!

Perhaps Amanda Bynes would have been better off giving Miley Cyrus her bong!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
