Brit is clearly not all there, you can see it in her eyes. Simon reveals she had a melt down on day one, she's not well enough to testify Lufti case or lift the conservatorship! Prince William & Kate Middleton's Baby Birth Will Be Announced On Twitter!?

Back when Prince William was born, the tradition was to post a note announcing the birth on the front gates of Buckingham Palace!

But times have changed, and William and Kate Middleton's child will be announced a bit differently- via Twitter!

According to Now Magazine, the news of the royal baby's birth will be posted immediately to the Clarence House website, which will automatically tweet the story!

But the Palace wants everyone to know, they are NOT planning on bucking tradition. They officially stated:
