For the opening act of the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, Rihanna and her freshly-cropped haircut took to the stage to croon her new single from Talk That Talk, Cockiness (Love It)!
But despite an appearance from A$AP Rocky and some pretty fierce, albeit lewd dance moves, the performance didn't really take off until she segued into her smash hit We Found Love with DJ Calvin Harris…and threw herself into the audience!
