Re: stefystef – I had friends murdered and I feel the same way as Jennifer. I feel sorry for the murderer because of everything that made him the way he is. Of course he should be punished, but there can still be forgiveness. I am an atheist. My forgiveness has nothing to do with Christianity. Forgiveness is a concept that it personal and can be found in many cultures and religions and in people without religion - please don't claim it as Christian.
