Kirstie Alley Defends Tom Cruise And Calls Vanity Fair's Scientology Article 'Gossip'

| Filed under: Tom CruiseKirstie Alley

We are completely fascinated by Vanity Fair's exposé on the Church of Scientology's influence over Tom Cruise's love life, but Kirstie Alley doesn't share the same sentiment.

While attending an event at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York, the devout follower of L. Ron Hubbard's teachings took a moment to defend her peer and explained:

"I think whenever you have articles written that are third and fourth parties' opinions, it's like the game Gossip and you don't get the truth. I think that a magazine of that caliber should have interviewed him, and then they would get the truth … I think that probably all religions sound bizarre to people who are not the practitioners of them."

Then why exactly DOES everything about Scientology sound so bizarre? Kirstie has "no idea" and added:

"To me, it's so normal, and probably 90% of the crazy stuff I hear isn't true."

So what she's saying is…10% of the crazy stuff we all hear about Scientology IS true!?

It's about time we got some confirmation from an insider who's still in the Church. LOLz!

It might be gossip. It might not be. I would be running scared if Vanity Fair ran a piece - they usually are pretty to the point.

Of course one culty member will defend another. This isn't news. This is cliche.

She's full of it. If anything, the info in that article was old news. Several former Scientologists have confirmed the details. As a celebrity in the cult, she is treated VERY differently than the average person, especially those in the Sea Org.

She has to defend Cruise and Scientology because they have auditing tapes of her deepest, darkest secrets. If she ever spoke out against them in any way, they'd ruin her.

I put my trust in Vanity Fair. It's a great magazine .

They should rename the magazine as Vanity Unfair. A magazine with high caliber has now become now become like any other dirty magazines or tabloids.

kirstie alley, like all of tom's other closet case scientolotards, are in it cause they run their earning$ through scientology, as tax-deductible fees for 'dem-'dere xenu-na-nu-na-nu auditing courses. you know the ones, where they hold phallic symbols tightly, and express their deep and dark thoughts, only to be used again them if they ever care to leave, and speak out.

the IRS should be investigated for money-laundering too….

ALL RELIGIONS ARE BULLSHIT!!! Who care which one Tom likes. Its his choice….

Just because it's your opinion that all religion is bull—- doesn't make your opinion right. Tom Cruise can believe in anything he wants, and we have the right to debunk it.

Someone said this about Tom Cruise which I see it appropriate:“Startling linguistics note: in the indigenous American Indiesci language “tamh-crues” means “warm yellow piss” — “tamh” means warm, and “crues” means “flowing yellow urine.” I learned this curious fact by talking to some tribal members who are friends of mine. The tribe originated in Tejas (Texas) where I live and I am proud to call the native Indiesci friends — they are very literate. It’s a strange fact, but now every time I hear “Tom Cuise” which is phonetically similar to “tamh-crues,” I automatically think of “warm yellow piss.

Someone who know Tom Cruise said something very valuable which I feel is appropriate:
