Amanda Bynes Was Smoking Weed WHILE Driving With A Suspended License!

So this helps explain why Amanda Bynes just can't stop running into things on the road.

The young and already retired actress was, once again, seen driving without a license on Tuesday while she was without a doubt under the influence!

Paparazzi followed her for HOURS and snapped pictures of her smoking pot out of a pipe in her black BMW that has already crashed into two cars.

She didn't just take one quick toke either. Bynes lit up SEVERAL times throughout her journey that started in El Lay's San Fernando Valley in the afternoon and ended in West Hollywood at night.

She was spotted running errands at several stores, but the photographers also noted she just drove around aimlessly for hours during which she cut off cars and violated all types of traffic laws!

When they went in with their lenses for a closer look through the vehicle's windows, they captured visual evidence of marijuana residue ALL OVER the car's center console along with the pipe she was smoking it out of.

Ugh! What the heck is she thinking!? Did she get so high that she forgot she's already facing jail time for DUI and most recently, two hit-and-runs???

We have three words for Hollywood's former sweetheart:

Get. It. Together!!!

Marijuana does not affect your ability to drive. I read an article the other day where a man was stoned to shit and got through border control after passing every drunk test. She's just a retarded driver. Get over it.

Weed has nothing to do with the way she drives. I think she probably does harder drugs while in private and smokes weed to help keep the buzz going until she is home. i know lots of people who drive and smoke weed and it does not affect there ability to drive what so ever. She is still a hot mess and something else is going on besides weed no one gets in that many accidents because she smokes a lil maryjane!!

how is no one else offended that first of all she was followed - FOR HOURS everywhere she went, and for another the paparazi - went in for a closer look, and im sure her windows are tinted. so while she was shopping or whatever they went up and stuck their lenses on her window. how is that not invasion of privacy? think of her like every other average american. you probably know 100 people who smoke weed EVERY DAY. Ya her license is suspended. you know what? mine was too. shes being herself and we can only microscope the bad. I love America.

Several years ago she talked about how she wasn't into the wild starlet lifestyle. I guess that wasn't getting her name in the news enough so she resorts to this. People like Miley Cyrus are in the spotlight for dressing provocative, Lindsay Lohan is in the tabloids for doing illegal activities, others for self harming, others for underage drinking. The negative overpowers the positive.

Amanda, Going in the direction of Lindsay Lohan is not the way to go. Just because Lindsay is always in the news, doesn't mean that is a good thing. She is a joke to everyone, and it is no longer sad, it has simply become entertainment. This is really sad to see, I hope she turns her life around before it's too late. Seems like she lost her mind once she started to f*ck around with her face, which was also very unnecessary!
