Well, one of the most common causes of "walking" or atypical pneumonia (there are no symptoms of the illness in the first stages) is chlamydia, so, yes. Totally plausible.

She was once a little girl, with a 'bit' of talent. She came to HolyWeird, and got caught up in the drugs/sex/orgy party scene…it ruined her looks and health. She became HARD. She subsequently had plastic surgery/bo-tox, which only made her look older, and even harder. There is no one who will tell her to stop - tell her to grow up. All her relatives/publicity people are afraid of her - their 'cash cow'. She will eventually burn out, and we may be reading of her early demise one morning…then, everyone will be asking WHY nobody close to her did anything….
