Ha! Its the rainbow gu! I see him all over the city, especially at the pride parade in June. The dog may have dyed fur, but hes a really sweet poodle who looks well taken care of. I don't think this man is actually homeless because he has many different outfits and changes four or five times during the pride parade. He also has a parrot that sits on his hat, which I don't see in this photo.
