That's Miss Colombia, the queen of Queens!* She has been making the rounds for the last couple decades at least, always with poodle and beard dyed to match, sometimes with a parrot as well. If you ask her nicely, she'll give a little twirl.

I used to see her at all of the parades - Halloween, Easter Bonnet, Mermaid at Coney Island. One of my favorite NYers, for sure! I wonder what her apartment looks like…

Sorry I did not like NYC the one time I went there for the better part of a day. My husband had business in the old Pan Amm building and I walked over to NY offices of the company I worked for. Nice to meet people you had only met on email before. One guy made funj of me because I did not want to take the subway - not nice. I had to ask directions walking over to the office, and all the people looked so paranoid like you were going to attack them or something. The only thing I liked was lunch. I would have liked to stay overnight for a show or something but my late husband did not want to.

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
