Cuz after he went to fight the $50k bail request made by the DA, the judge sided with Amanda Bynes and slapped the DA's request down HARD.
Reasoning that her DUI arrest was made before her two hit-and-run charges, the judge figures it's fine to let her slide this time…
But if she messes up on the road just one more time, all hell will break loose in that courtoom! Ha!
And by hell, we mean bail… one so steep, it'll make Dante's Inferno look like a children's story!
