Carrie Underwood Details Her Face & Wrist Injury In First Interview Since Accident -- WATCH
Carrie Underwood is getting back in action.
In her first interview since her freak accident, the 35-year-old songbird went on the Bobby Bones Show to discuss her return to music. If you don't remember, she broke her wrist and needed over 40 facial stitches following a dangerous tumble in front of her Nashville home in November.

To us, it seemed like the Cry Pretty singer still felt a little uncomfortable discussing her fall and scars (understandably), but she did give some insight into what happened:

She'll get away with it as she always does. It doesn't matter what she does, the idiot legal system in L.A. barely punishes her. I fully believe she hit that man, I believe she was under the influence of something (wouldn't be the first or fiftieth time) and I believe she and her camp are working overtime to cover it up and spread lies to the media. Watch, nothing will happen to her and the trainwreck will continue.
Re: Moniker – especially where it happened in NYC - per Dina - if it happens in NY it wouldn't be an issue …
Linsanity serve time for anything is a joke. She goes through life like a tornado leaving wreckage behind and there is no accountability. My only hope that she will not end up killing someone in her stupidity. If that does happen, all these judges and apologists need to be tried as accessories.
From what I gather, this does sound fishy. She did stop and talk with the pedestrian before driving off, so she technically didn't leave the scene. Sounds like the pedestrian said he was ok, until he realized later there was money possible. Also, this was an accident. There would have to be deliberate intent on her part. NYC may have their own laws on this, though. Finally, why she's driving in NYC I don't know, but I never would. The pedestrians are as crazy as the drivers.
Re: Moniker – You believe she hit the man, even if the videos show the contrary? Hum. You better never be in a jury.
I guess she's been jealous of Amanda getting all the attention and wanted some for herself. She needs consequences and the judge needs to give them to her.
Mario, please stop riding dicks all day when someone gets arrested or involved in an affair.
Re: rsvp – Sorry, but technically, she did leave the scene, because she dud not: stop, exhibit his or her license and insurance identification card for such vehicle, when such card is required pursuant to articles six and eight of this chapter, and give his or her name, residence, including street and number, insurance carrier and insurance identification information including but not limited to the number and effective dates of said individual's insurance policy, and license number to the party sustaining the damage
Unfortunately it does not look like Judge Sautner is up for re-election here in LA this year, too bad for the voters.
She gets away with EVERYTHING! I don't know CA laws but, how much time would she see in a cell if she did violate parole? A day??? :/
