Lindsay Lohan Is 'Innocent!' Slash Defends Her!

Rocker star Slash has just added himself the list of characters involved in this week's Lindsay Lohan Dramaz!

According to the guitar hero the whole "LiLo (allegedly) hitting a pedestrian with car while (possibly) drunk and driving away" thing is all just one big miss understanding!

Slash showed his support for Lindsay on Twitter, telling followers:

"The situation last night w/Lindsey was a lame paparazzi stunt. She didn't do anything. it's being blown out of proportion. (sic)"

And how does Slash know all this??

We have no idea.

We'd like to believe him because (unlike her rep) Slash isn't paid to defend Linds and has no motivation for lying.

But the truth is, even though LiLo was at his concert earlier that night, he probs wasn't around to see this all go down.

Slash, take our advice. You do NOT want to be apart of this. Turn around and RUN!

Lindsay was backstage. Slash does not allow booze backstage. That's how he knows.

Re: overthere – I know for a fact that Slash hasn't banned drinking backstage, unless he decided to ban it after he was in Seattle. I'm not saying that she was drunk at the time of the incident, but hey, let's keep trying to defend the woman that shouldn't have her license anymore. It's cute.

There's usually always some digitized footage somewhere.
Anything else is gum flapping. A few sleezy paps do have a history of this sort of thing, but each case is different and the tape will tell if it exists.

She might not have been drinking. But if he wasn't on the scene and didn't witness what happened, he really isn't in a position to open his mouth. What is it with big-mouthed celebrities these days who jump into situations that don't concern them? Lohan is a waste of oxygen; there's zero point in defending her.
