Fiona Apple Has Been Arrested For Possession In Texas!

Boo! Not Fiona! We've been waiting for-ever for her to get back on tour! If this screws this up, so help us…

Fiona Apple needs to stop getting high Every Single Night because her stash just got her ass thrown in jail!

The singer was traveling on her tour bus through a West Texas border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca — the same small Texas town where Armie Hammer got busted for pot possession — and the authorities discovered hashish.

No word on how much of the particularly strong form of cannabis was found, but enough to get her hauled off to Hudspeth County Jail.

We imagine she's more mad at the fact that the government can tell her what substances she can and can not consume, but her fans that bought tickets to her concert in Austin might be pretty mad if she doesn't show up tonight!

She's got another show in Houston tomorrow and then a long drive to Oklahoma to continue the tour, so it's not like she can make it up to them any time soon.

Fiona's not the kind to disappoint her fans, so if there is a will, there will be a way. Have faith ya'll!

    Smoking pot does not a 'drug addict' make. What a waste of time for law enforcement. Must have been a pretty slow day in that Texas town. It amazes me that in America, guns are legal, yet smoking pot is not. It should be the other way around! Aggressive people kill with guns… how aggressive are stoners lol

    so dumb….but texas law enforcement are pretty strict with that crap. I live in texas, trust you don't wanna get caught with pot or anything because obviously. They need to focus on real crime and not worry so much about the reefer.

    Ah, another cut and paste, word for word from another site. Now, let's get this straight you idiot. Hash is not a strong form of cannibus, it's just the chemicals seperated from the actual plant. The same shit, just more concentrated. For god sakes, you make it by bathing it in certain chemicals that pull the THC chrystals from the leaves and buds. It's the same stregth on the plant as it is off of it, just without all the byproduct. At least do some fuckiing research on easily available shit like this.

    well that explains her tepid, 11 song show sans an encore last week in Santa Barbara. And it was her birthday too. I did the math. It was roughly 10 bucks a song. boo hiss…put down the pipe and sing.
