It's pretty clear he's referencing Meek, but just in case you don't believe us...

Damn it feels good to be a Gleek!
The showrunner admits that things may have gotten little over-the-top in season 3, but in season 4 they're getting back to basics and it's better than ever!
"Once again, they are little fish in a big pond. That opened us up to write stories where you could root for them, and follow them and invest in their hopes and dreams like people seemed to have done at the beginning of the show."
So, what kind of things do we have to look forward to in this new rebooted season??
Ryan dishes that BIG events are going to be the center of the High School plots:
"Some of the things that people have always remarked to me that they love is when we do the musicals, elections and graduation, so we'll probably always be doing those three things every year and rooting [the show] in events."
Still Ryan seems just as excited about his old favorite characters and they're post-grad experiences. He's excited about showing:
"Rachel and Finn's careers, and how is Santana doing in college — she comes back in a really unexpected, fun way. Quinn comes back around the holidays in a really cool way."
What about the other graduates that have moved away?
For those of you hoping to see Mike in Chicago, or Puck and Mercedes in L.A., we have some bad news. Ryan says Ohio and NYC are the show's ONLY destinations:
"We're not going to do L.A. or San Francisco. When you have events like we're going to have — Sectionals is our Thanksgiving episode, the musical, there's great opportunities for people to come back and share what's going on with them in their lives. That will be fun for people but no, we're really only interested in New York and Ohio."
Well, we can understand why!
With all dramaz going on up in NYC and back home in the choir room between oldies, newbies and guest stars those poor Glee writers have moooore than enough material to work with!
We are SO glad to hear the Captain of the good ship Glee is back on board with the direction of the show!
After last night's AH-Mazing episode (read our re-cap HERE!), it seems this season may be it's best!!
