John Travolta is in Zurich right now representing his movie Savages, which just hit the 2012 Zurich Film Festival.
All eyes were on him.
You'd think that would make someone who has been through soooo much lately, like a number of lawsuits that were filed against him from masseurs who claimed he had inappropriately touched and propositioned them (which have since been dropped), would feel apprehensive to really field questions and put himself out there.
Turns out, he knows how to handle it all in stride!
In a rare interview with the press, John opened up about his life, saying:
"I don't believe in regrets. I believe your future's in your tomorrows, but I do believe you learn from the past. It's been a good life. It's been filled with ups and downs, and fascinating adventures. As long as it's the right wife and the right family, I think it's marvelous. I have the right one, and I'm very happy for it. I know we're kind of dinosaurs in Hollywood, being together so long. But it works."
And it's true, they've been together for 21 years!
Regardless of what has happened in the past few months, we don't think John's a bad guy (unless he actually forced those men, if it happened at all). His personal life is his personal life, no matter how public and interesting, and we're just glad all the craziness hasn't caused him any harm!
As a side note — it's weird that Zurich is just now getting Savages, right?? LOLz!
