Chris Brown Smoked Weed During Probation!!
It may be semi sorta legal in California to indulge in the heady mistress that is Marijuana, but it's still pretty frowned upon in the rest of the country, Chris Brown!!
During Breezy's probation hearing Monday in Los Angeles, Judge Patricia Schnegg revealed the rapper had failed a random drug test he was given while partaking in community service in his home state of Virginia.
The honorable Judge reprimanded Chris, stating:
"You are not an average person sitting in a living room. You are not only in the public eye, but you are on probation."
Chris tested positive for marijuana, and while dude DOES have a medical marijuana card in California, it's not a magical golden ticket giving him a free pass to shmoke in the other 49 states… especially during a probationary period.
BUT little boy Breezy totally lucked out as Judge Schnegg is not pursuing further actions regarding his weedy mishap, as Chris has never been ordered to submit to random drug tests as part of the initial sentencing. She did order Chris to attend a future hearing on November 1st, to ch-ch-check in on the behavior of Rihanna's attacker.
In the future, it may be smart for Chris to NOT smoke a doob while under the watchful eye of the LAW. Isn't that just common sense?!
