Make way, Mouse House!

Jordan Pruitt is just blossoming with superstar potential!

Donning a figurative Mickey Mouse badge during her performance of Katy Perry's The One That Got Away, Christina Aguilera buzzed and chose the Disney damsel all for herself!

The *magic* in Jordan's voice must have resonated with The Voice's former Mouseketeer judge. And we love it!!!

Ch-ch-check out the video (above) to watch the family ties in action!

We're diggin' your talent, gurl!! Fingers crossed for you!! xo

Jordan Pruitt was terrible. Christina was desperate.

I know she's just a girl, but she has horrible horrible vocal technique. she is scooping all over the place. she really needs a vocal coach or if she has one, a much better one that will teach her how to sing and not scoop every other note.

I doubt she will make it into the next round.

i thought she's already signed though? to hollywood records? or was she dropped? idk but i know she has 2 albums out.

I remember this girl on Disney maybe 5 or 6 years ago. There's something missing with her that I just can't see her being successful.

Jordan Pruitt has already had record contracts and two albums.. aren't there rules against people like this auditioning?

This girl is already an artist? I don't understand this show. I thought it was about unknowns. Check out her music videos:

American Idol and X-Factor have rules against people who have had record contracts before, I don't think The Voice cares because it's a different method, a lot of this show isn't about creating careers as it is just a singing competition, and they're pulling people who had some sort of following at some point in their lives, for ratings. I don't know what happens with these contestants after The Voice, but the last two seasons hasn't produced anybody who is any more famous, known, followed, or successful than they were when they stepped on the stage for blind auditions.

They've had Chris Trousdale who was also a Disney/Nickelodeon person and rejected him. Supposedly Stevie Brock's audition is airing tonight as well but he hasn't said anything about it like the rest of them have so I have no idea if that's true or not. They grabbed a bunch of people who used to be tween entertainers this season all of which have had multiple record contracts.

It's B.S. for her to get to be on the show. I don't want to watch people that I already know singing, the only reason I tune into these shows is to see people that are new & undiscovered.

I hate when this stuff happens. She had a huge shot. Had record deals. Why can't we limit these shows for amateurs? for people who otherwise might not get a break? Instead, we have backup singers who need more, we have failed Disney stars who didn't get enough of a break the first time.

The only good news in this is that that fans will get tired of this bullshit and vote her off.

Re: Valentina – Not true. Artists who were already touring before the voice are getting bigger guarantees, commercials and have a lit more monetary success after the voice. Make no mistake though… It's a reality show, the stories are completely skewed

She def was on Disney and I auditioned for the Voice and it's like american idol and stuff she isn't supposed to be on there and they went against the rules.

Jordan Pruitt isn't the first contestant on the show to have had a record contract previously. Last season both Charloette Sometimes and Angel Taylor were both VH1's "You Oughta Know" Artists (prior to the show). Last season they also had a former mouseketeer Tony Lucca and Tony Vincent who was on broadway. Plus numerous other singers mentioned having previous record contracts that fell through. But not all of the singers featured were dropped from their label just a good handful of them.
