I was expecting a fun comedy, but this looks like action-trash. I'm really disappointed.
she wasn't robbed, veep's the best comedy on the telly! well done JLD X
I LOVE LOVE Melissa.
But her TV sitcom is a pretty cookie cutter 1/2 hour sitcom- punch lines very predictable and the humor sophomoric.
Melissa in Bridesmaids=GENIUS!
Melissa hosting SNL (without reading queue cards like EVERY other host) =GENIUS.
This movie looks along the lines of her show- predictable, juvinile gags.
JLD deserved the Emmy this year as VEEP is very clever, original & well written and she was HYSTERICAL.
