Johnny Lewis' Probation Officers Warned He Was 'A Threat' WAY Before Murder

| Filed under: TV NewsDrugsLegal MattersSad Sad

Back in 2005, Johnny Lewis was a rising television star dating a beautiful singer. Eventually, he would go on to get a major role on FX's most popular show in history, Sons of Anarchy.

By 2012 however, the actor had become a threat to public safety in the eyes of his probation officers and as we all know, sadly he proved them right.

Various reports from SEVERAL probation officers have surfaced and they all seem to agree on one thing — Johnny was dangerous to himself and the community!

A document filed on May 17 states:

"[Lewis] suffers from some form of chemical dependency, mental health issue and a lack of permanent housing. Given this, [Lewis] will continue to be a threat to any community he may reside."

Ugh! If only someone had shared that information with Catherine Davis, who is believed to have been murdered by the 28-year-old.

The same officers continued to express that they were "very concerned for the well-being of not only the community but that of the defendant."

An earlier report from a different probation officer referred to Lewis as "out of control" and suggested that he "needs counseling afforded by a professional."

While we wish someone had taken these recommendations more seriously, this is one of those rare instances where nobody wants to say, "I told you so."

No idea who the stupid bastard is. You know you're old (38) when you don't know and you dont fucking care about "young rising stars", what they stared in, what kind of music they made, etc, while they are around, and long after they're gone :) Then again, I only watch reality television. And by reality, I mean documentaries, cooking, that kind of thing.

So they send him to the 12-Step religious AA/NA cult and turn him into a HOMICIDAL MANIAC…..

  3. 3

He was cute too. So sad drugs wiped everything from him until the end !

  4. 4

They all knew he was out of control & they all knew the 12-step religious AA/NA cult has a 100% FAILURE RATE….

  5. 5

People NEED REAL HELP, not the ridiculous Witchcraft & Sorcery practices of the 12-Step religious AA/NA cult of conjuring up a make-believe "Higher Power"…..THAT DOES NOTHING!

Okra, they may not be for everyone, but they 100% turned my cousin's life around and he is not into higher power. Before he was a drunk and passing out in bushes, now all he does is drink coffee all day long.

Re: teeter totter – He kinda traded one addiction for another if he's drinking coffee all day long. But what people need to realize is that addiction is a disease having an addictive personality is a disease there isn't something quite right about how their mind works when it comes to substances what makes them happy and then they go on to abuse it.

YUP! & No One did shit about it because he was spoiled little asshole actor who had everything handed to him INCLUDING the very kind Ms. Davis letting him rent a room from her. He was not friggin Pacino. Okay on the OC & anyone could have done his part on SOA.
Don't care he was mildly talented. He was Heavily disturbed and didn't get help for himself despite having the money & resource to do so. It is probably a good thing he passed on, hope he finds peace in the next life. Tragic about Ms. Davis & her cat.
