Prince Harry's Vegas Nudes Are A Sight To See, Not To Sue! Palace Passes On Lawsuit!

When it comes to the ginger prince's billiards strip-down, the palace figured WHATEVER!

Guess they realized they had bigger fish to fry when Kate Middleton's nudes were published! They're DEEP-FRYING those publishers!!

And since party-hardy Prince Harry is busy with Afghanistan at the moment, they deemed his potential lawsuit unnecessary.

Good news for The Sun! They're the ones the royals were after for the HarBear pics. But now the UK publication can rest easy cuz the palace says:

"We remain of the opinion that a hotel room is a private space where its occupants would have a reasonable expectation of privacy."

"Prince Harry is currently focused entirely on his deployment in Afghanistan (see pics below), so to pursue a complaint relating to his private life would not be appropriate at this time and would prove to be a distraction."

So that's that!

And besides… Harry's scandal was a little different from the Duchess drama. Kate had been on vacation with her husband on a private estate.

Harry was in a hotel with TONS of party guests around him. We love him, but getting naked around Vegas party-people is just reckless!

…did we mention that's kinda why we love him, though?? Hey, he wasn't hurtin' anyone! ;)
