Mostly because Elton John is one of the best singers ever. Therefore, if he's singing at weddings, that automatically puts him in the running for best wedding singer ever too.

Anywho, the 65-year-old has made not one, but THREE couples' dreams come true in the last two months by performing at their wedding.

On top of playing for a Canadian couple in August after the groom made a giant donation to his AIDS Foundation, Elton was in El Lay over the weekend for two more ceremonies.

He made Holly Valance's big day extra special and then cashed in a favor for DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg by performing a surprise set during his newlywed daughter's first dance with her hubby.

So if U want to have a personal performance from the one and only Elton John, all you have to do is marry a billionaire. Good luck!

    No thanks. I used to be a fan of his until he turned into a nasty, bitchy old queen. It's bad enough that he likes to play butt darts. But no one wants to hear his slanderous rants against others. He can fuck off.

    The very well paid personal and cozy gigs are the most gratifying. Get dressed up, walk in, no big production, perform, eat, perform, chat, perform, chat some more, walk out. I hear Elton and Katzenberg go way back. Nice for Elton all around.
