Did you know the lovely Heather McDonald, comedian and writer on Chelsea Handler's HIGHlarious E! chat show Chelsea Lately, is the aunt of Lindsay Lohan's alleged assaulter?
WELP it's true, and obviously people are clawing over themselves to get her take on the W Hotel shiznit which occurred between Lilo and Republican congressional staffer Christian LaBella in the wee hours of Sunday morning.
Here's what Mz. McDonald has to say about her seemingly estranged nephew:
"Yes, he [Christian LaBella] is my nephew but I haven't talked to him in quite a while. He lives on the East Coast. I actually have no scoop, but nothing good comes after 2 a.m. I was happy to hear the charges were dropped."
So basically, if we were to read between the lines here, Heather couldn't give two sh*ts about what happened in that hotel room, and neither should you!

BUT we just can't help being ever so curious about the circumstances surrounding the whole cell phone snatching, choking and scratching mess!
Did Mr. LaBella physically harm Lilo, and if so, why did she refuse medical attention?! Was there incriminating pics on that phone of his, which means Linds would obviously want to delete them?
Ooo we do love ourselves a steaming pile of scandal!

Re: Pando – That's not the case at all. The charges against him were dropped right after the police spoke to him. Witnesses backed his side of the story, not hers. There was no proof that he did what she claimed. She had scratches on her hand and that was it, from when he tried to get his phone back. She was the aggressor, that's why charges were dropped.
