I don't want to defend this guy, because he comes off as creepy and honestly I can't tell the difference between him and Britney Spear's fiance. However, cheating is a relative term. Were him and his ex still together, or just sleeping together when him and Jessica started dating? Were him and Jessica in a committed relationship while he was still sleeping with Keri? Its only cheating if one or both parties believe they are in committed monogamous relationship. Otherwise its playing the field.
