    What a lie. The only way Obama can lower the unemployment rate is when thousands of more people stop looking for work each month than actual jobs created. What an accomplishment. Factor in the hidden unemployment and the real rate is still around 14%. This guy has failed on all accounts.

    You are such an idiot. This is one reason most of us don't respect liberals. You are either too dumb to understand the numbers, or think we are so you lie to us. Actually, these numbers have no real bearing as unemployment numbers drop every week, not from people finding work, but from people running out of benifits. Yes dickhead, that is how the government counts their numbers even though they know they are bullshit. Can anyone say ELECTION.

    I love how you try to manipulate people with this garbage. Here's an equation for you… If fewer jobs were created this month than last month, how did unemployment go down? Because people gave up… As in had no hope of finding work. That's something to be proud of mr president

    Wow, I usually know better than to read the comments here, but I did this time. If you actually read the articles in the major news reports, you'll see that unemployment dropped for the RIGHT reasons, not people giving up or running out of benefits. It's because they actually got work! Be as negative and skeptical as you want, but don't just lie. This is a good thing no matter who you like in the election.

    Sorry but it is about double that in California, I have been laid off since Feb. 2010, sent out over 400 resumes (and only for jobs which I was qualified for), had 10 interviews, hell I could not even get a job selling pot, they thought I was too old!. I gave up in June this year when my benefits ran out and am now involuntarily retired.

    So to heck with Obama, fooled me once, not again, sorry.
