The interwebs are buzzin' with news about Rihanna and Chris Brown's controversial decision to get back together.
Luckily for RiRi, she had a concert booked in a country far, far away so she gets to escape the madness for the next few days.
She arrived in Azerbaijan — a small country right above Iran — on Friday to prepare for a Saturday concert. She was spotted entering her 5-star hotel in an outfit that PETA probably wouldn't be too fond of.
While her trip should help keep her mind off of any criticism she's receiving for shacking up with Breezy again, it's creating more criticism from human rights organizations.
Both Amnesty International and the Azerbaijani Sing For Democracy are asking her to think twice about performing in the oppressive nation's capital this weekend.
Since the government has blatantly violated the human rights and freedom of expression of journalists, bloggers and political activists, the organizations are asking Rihanna to "bear in mind the human rights abuses being inflicted on the people of Azerbaijan before" she performs.
Knowing Rihanna's penchant for dramatic controversy…we wouldn't be surprised if she addressed the international issue on stage tomorrow night.
We'll just have to wait until she gets back to hear what she has to say about her domestic issue.
