I read this first on another site and the comments were so ageist I almost fired something back at them, but why bother. We as a society have a serious problem with age differences in relationships. One comment likened their relationship to them dating\marrying their 11 year old niece! I mean, really? God bless that they found each other and are happy with each other and love each other. Age should NOT be an issue unless it's a legal one.

It's definitely a vast age difference…but plenty of couples closer in age can't make it work so if they're happy…who cares. At least she's old enough to have lived a bit and have the ability to make these choices. If she was in her early twenties I'd be more concerned but she's nearly 30…so…whatevs.
