Liam Neeson For The Win! Taken 2 Tops The Weekend Box Office!

| Filed under: Film FlickersSuper SeniorsBusiness Blitz

We wonder if Liam Neeson ever anticipated that at the age of 60, he would be bringing in this kind of money as an action star?!

Doesn't matter! Because it is one helluva REALITY at this point!

The actor's latest movie, Taken 2, made MASSIVE BANK this weekend by pulling in close to $50 million and becoming the third-largest debut for an October release EVER!

Not to mention it doubled what the original made in that time period!

Meanwhile, the only flick that came REMOTELY close to making that kind of money was Hotel Transylvania, and with $26.3 million in the number two spot, we think everyone can agree that it's a bit of a stretch!

And now that Pitch Perfect's release has gone wide, it came in third and pulled in $14.7 million!

Check out the rest of the box office top ten this weekend…AFTER THE JUMP!!!

Taken 2, $50 million
Hotel Transylvania, $26.3 million
Pitch Perfect, $14.7 million
Looper, $12.2 million
End of Watch, $4 million
Trouble With the Curve, $3.9 million
Frankenweenie, $11.5 million
House at the End of the Street, $3.7 million

Thanks a lot for the helpful post. It is also my opinion that mesothelioma cancer has an very long latency phase, which means that the signs of the disease might not emerge right up until 30 to 50 years after the 1st exposure to asbestos. Pleural mesothelioma, that's the most common sort and has an effect on the area across the lungs, could cause shortness of breath, torso pains, along with a persistent cough, which may lead to coughing up body.
