And now, more news about this divorce is coming to light from both camps.

After an increasingly volatile legal battle, it appears that Adrienne Maloof and her soon-to-be-ex husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, have finally resolved their child custody issues - and out of court, no less!
But even though the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star's child abuse claims against her former man were determined to be false, he is still only being granted visitation rights…because he was afraid of the less-than-favorable TRUE details of his personal life coming out during hearings!
"There were a lot of depositions that took place in the past two weeks in connection with Adrienne and Paul's custody fight over their three sons. It became clear to Paul that if this information were to be made public during a restraining order hearing this week it would be very, very bad for his image. The damaging info included Paul's parenting skills and his temper. Paul does have anger management issues, and has been advised to work with a mental health professional to deal with it. The child custody evaluation also concluded that Adrienne was just a better parent, and was more involved in the boys lives. Adrienne is their mother, and will do whatever it takes to protect the boys."
"Adrienne and Paul and their respective lawyers met all day on Friday with a mediator, and they were able to come to a custody agreement. Paul had been requesting 50/50 custody arrangement, and he didn't get those terms. The boys will be with Adrienne a majority of the time, with Paul being granted visitation, and there are layers of protection in the agreement to ensure the boys are in a safe environment."
"[A hearing to extend her restraining order] is still on the docket to be heard, and will likely proceed with Adrienne only seeking for it to cover her and won't include the boys, as it initially had. Both Adrienne and Paul worked diligently to reach the custody agreement that was fair and was truly in the best interests of the children."
Well, we have to give them credit for finally putting the war of words against each other aside and truly working to put their children's best interest at heart!
It's just sad to see that there were clearly a lot deeper problems going on this entire time that ultimately warrant Adrienne needing a restraining order against him!
Here's hoping that now all of the legal mumbo jumbo is sorted out, these two can work toward healing and moving forward in their now separate lives.
