John Cusack Recreates Iconic Say Anything… Scene During Peter Gabriel Concert!

Talk about an UNEXPECTEDLY AH-MAZING reunion - well, reunion of sorts!
One of the most iconic moments in '80s cinema is easily from the now-classic Say Anything…, during which John Cusack's character Lloyd declares his undying love to Ione Skye's Diane by standing outside her window, holding up a boom box blaring In Your Eyes by Peter Gabriel!
Seriously, even if you haven't seen the movie, we're SURE you've seen the poster!
Well, over the weekend Peter celebrated the 25th anniversary of his album So's release by performing it in its entirety in a Hollywood Bowl concert appropriately called Back To Front, and when it was time for the icon to tackle the aforementioned song, he got a surprise visit on stage…not just from John, but also the BOOM BOX!

And they weren't alone!
Even the movie's director Cameron Crowe was in the audience, and took to Twitter to share his elation over the surprise!
He wrote:

Seriously! This was really too COOL!
Now it's got us wondering what ever happened to Lloyd and Diane!
Perhaps it's time to re-visit those characters in a new movie!

I like the Bowl but it is starting to get cold at night, so I seldom go after Labor Day.
Both Cameron Crowe and John Cusack were there because they were invited guests of Peter Gabriel. They were both backstage and were shown on the video monitors at least twice during the performance of In Your Eyes.
yeah I heard they were going Make Another say Anything movie why bother I Don't think john really loved being Actor anymore he is more about taking things 2 serious and being so negative he has become a negative person that's all he cares about
He is not negative. He just tries to get people to open their eyes. He isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in which is a rare quality.
