I am sick to death of the bully trend. Here's some reality: It happens. It's happened since humans became humans. It's a part of the human condition. And you know what? It teaches all of you namby-pambies some coping skills; it teaches how to deal with adversity. WTF is wrong with you feggets that you want life sanitized and sugar-coated? Do you know what happens then? We stop being at the top of the food chain because the fucking wimps had to have everything feel and look good. The bitch is obese. She's gross and shouldn't be on TV. She needs to face that reality and do something about it instead of doing some hollow victory lap because she'd rather be fat than concede the point. And YOU, you stupid homo, need a daily punch in your ape-like, ugly fucking face. Life isn't pretty. Learn to fucking deal with it already. Christ you're an asshole.

why do you keep saying BULLY? ONE email from ONE guy saying she's fat doesn't come close to bullying. By continuing to tell this LIE you dilute the meaning and present a entirely WRONG impression. I know it's really hard for you aSSwipes, but think of the reactions to your LIES BEFORE you post this SHIT

and, besides, like me, SHE IS FAT. how can the truth be bullying. Ellen is thinking, "i';; get ratings for putting this fat ass bitch on my show, yay me"

Though what the guy said was obviously wrong, but to go down this big publicity "bullying" rampage just because a few harsh words were thrown your way is a little overkill imo. And what TV personality this day and age doesn't receive hate mail in some form? If you're in the public eye you will get criticized no matter what. This shouldn't be some huge shock. Someone will always have something to say. Life goes on.

A lovely woman. Probably a great mother and very good at her job. Bullied? No. To think some insensitive person says something that offends you is bullying is ludicrous. I don't see how anyone can believe that. Stand up for yourself, as she did, and move on.

I thought I was the only one who felt like she wasn't bullied. For whatever reason the guy had for sending her the email, she is the one who made if public. No one would be talking about her if she didn't decide that she wanted the shame the guy who sent the email. That's what this is all about. She wanted the shame the dude……… so irritating

I cry when I read about kids getting bullied, I was tearing up at the Bus lady. But this is ridiculous, How can Ellen have a straight face?

Ugh, I didn't watch the clip but I did see the news one and so totally ridiculous. Like that's the ugliest email she receives? I'm sure people email her and say your fat or your ugly all the time. Something about this particular email set her off - maybe because it was from someone well spoken and articulate. She was NOT bullied. Way to water down the word.

Plenty of obese male anchors, but no lets pick on the woman!!!! Fuck that! Why didn't that piece of shit who sent the email go after a man?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought this shouldn't be classed as bullying. Could the person in question have been slightly more tactful?? - yes. Was he a bully?? - I think not.
